Classically styled, its lighter body is delightfully suede-like on the tongue, fresh yet earthy, and gently warming. The palate is rich with Amarena cherries and No.2 pencil shavings—a feast of fruit and spice. This Dolcetto will chase the winter blues alongside forkfuls of saucy pasta puttanesca, pulled straight from a cast iron pan.
