Les Copains Rose 2023

Les Copains, meaning “the friends,” is a series of blends using only Rhone Valley varieties grown on the Texas High Plains that are indeed “friends” when they get together. With crisp, bright fruit characteristics balanced by a bolder structure than most white wines, the versatility of our "Les Copains" rose makes it a perfect stand-in for just about any cuisine. Notes of ripe strawberry, watermelon, and raspberries dusted with confectioner's sugar mingle with hints of tropical fruit.
