This outstanding Texas Merlot has a pale ruby hue and luscious legs cling to the glass. It has vibrant aromas of cherry, smoky vanilla, and earthy notes. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, it tells a rich story with its flavors of red plum, red huckleberry and under-ripe strawberries.
Pair with baked feta with honey, sauteed mushrooms with parmesan cheese, pork shoulder with peach glaze, or a classic lasagna bolognese.
